Music can be a channel of breakthrough  at times. Joshua  6:1-27 talks about  how Jericho fell down flat with the use of trumpet. Though Not all music are friendly when prayer is on, but I noticed  that soft music with the use of piano ,strings,  trumpet, saxophone  usually  enhance the spirit  of worship and prayer. Is it prophecies ? Anointing ? tongues ? Obeying laws? Faith ? Hope ? And the likes are all subjected to Charity .Any gift you have can only operate in part, but with charity you convert those gifts from part to perfection 1cor13:1-13 .With charity you obey the laws, Matthew 22:36-40 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” If you love your neighbour as yourself then anything you want to do for yourself you have to consider your neighbor as well. If you buy a car and your neighbor didn't have, then you shouldn't be pleased with it. If truly you love God and you have a car and the Church didn't have a vehicle, then you shouldn't be pleased too....
