It must have been said over and over again that immediately you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour, you receive the Holy spirit instantly. FALSE! No wonder people are struggling in their relationship with God because they're assuming to have what they've never got. Baptism of the holy spirit is a separate experience from salvation. for instance in Acts of apostles 8:14-17 " now when the apostles heard that Samaria had received that word of God, they sent peter and john who when they were come prayed for them that they might receive the Holy ghost , for it has not fallen on any of them, they were only baptised in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Then they laid their hands on them and they received the Holy Ghost" you cannot take salvation and baptism by water as same for baptism of the holy spirit. Please you need it if you desire to grow as a believer. Its very dangerous to assume you've got what was never yours, Don't be fooled!  Receive yours as soon as possible, its a free gift.. its not too late...More also Caleb Ariyo(Cals) added and said you can be baptise with the holy ghost the same day you received salvation depending on the understanding of the person or the ministers in charge.
Peter said in Acts2:38“Repent and be baptized every
one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the
forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. We build up the fellowship we have with the holy spirit just like the way we relate with friends the holy spirit is in you once you are saved but in a limited status, you need to develop it by being baptize with the holy ghost
